WHAT YOU GET WHEN YOU SELL TICKETS WITH THE MOB

As an Organizer, you will have the option to eat the fee and include it in your ticket price or you can pass it along to the buyer and add it on top of your ticket price. You will be able to log into your account, export your attendee list, see current sales and get 24/7 support from our team to help you with all of your questions.

We offer event and ticketing services to artists and cultural producers who organize their own shows and are looking to sell tickets on a platform dedicated to promoting, covering and supporting arts, comedy and culture.

Please read below to understand what fees you pay as a Ticket Purchaser and as an Organizer.


Ticket Purchasers

Purchasing tickets from The Mob’s Press comes with a standard 3.9% Processing Fee plus a $1.00 to $3.00 Service Fee* plus applicable taxes. This goes towards our mobsters promoting events on our social media accounts and administration costs. All tickets have tax added unless specified. After purchasing your ticket, you will receive an email confirming your purchase plus an email with your event information.

Some tickets may have a different fee structure based on payment gateway service charges or special event extra charges. These will be specified on the event listing.

Organizers

As an event Organizer, you will have the option to edit your event, share it with your friends and social media channels. After you register, you will be able to access your Account, link your social media profiles and take advantage of our services at a discounted price.

*If you’re selling tickets, you’ll have some fees to pay no matter which service provider you choose. This $1 – $3 ticket fee will vary from event Organizer. The Organizer always has the option to eat the Site Fees or pass them along to the ticket purchaser. Please check event details to be sure.

We provide tremendous value through ‘white-glove’ customer care. In addition to this, we don’t gouge your profits by charging outrageous percentage fees, we simply pass along the payment gateway processing fee.

We simply charge a flat sum per unit sold to provide great customer care, real-time monitoring, and Organizer events & promotional support.

Your account will be connected to your Paypal account so you can receive funds as ticket sales are being made. For every amount deposited into your account, you will have to pay the Paypal fee (2.9% + $0.30) when money is deposited into your Paypal account per ticket. You will have the option to display the Site Fees and pass it along to the ticket buyer or bundle it in your ticket face value so it stays hidden to the buyer.

All ticket goers will receive payment confirmation as well as an email with all your ticket information, which you can print out.

When your event is submitted, it also gets promoted on our city blogs. We publish promo posts and share them to our networks for more press.

Customer Support

Get white-glove customer service at no extra charge. We take care of inquiries and questions while you take care of running your event.
