Attendees

To view and download your tickets, click on the event in your account under the Event Tab and scroll to the bottom of the page. You will see a box with the text: You have XX Tickets for this Event. View your Tickets

Click on View Tickets to see your tickets and download your PDF.

Your failed order may be due to your credit card number, expiration date, and transaction information that weren’t entered correctly. 

If this does not resolve the problem, please call the bank issuing the card to resolve. For customers from the United States, you may need to call your credit union to verify that it’s not blocked due to our billing and site being in Canada.

Once you have finished entering all of your billing information, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the red button ‘Proceed to PayPal’. You will then be taking to the PayPal checkout page where you can pay with your PayPal account or with your credit card. When you finish your transaction on PayPal, you will be taking back to The Mob’s Press to a page where your order confirmation number will be found.

Check your email to see when your transaction has been completed through our system.

Fees are to pay for bank processing fees and maintenance fees for the shopping cart.

The Site Fees are broken into two pieces: Processing Fees and Event Fees. Site fees or Processing Fees are 3.9% of every ticket purchased. The Event Fees can vary depending on size, length and location of the event. These fees can vary from $1, $2, $3 and in some exceptions $5. Most Canadian events will be 3.9% + $1. American events are usually $3.9% + $3.

Your ticket information will be sent once you order is complete. Please be sure to check your spam for the email. If you don’t see your ticket information within 24 hours of purchase, please contact The Mob at tickets@themobspress.com with your name, the event title, the date and the number of tickets you’ve purchased.

Refund policies change from event to event. This remains to the discretion of the Organizer.

If the event you bought tickets for has been canceled, you must contact the Organizer of the event to reimburse you for the ticket(s). If the Organizer does not reply, you may contact us and we will get in contact with the Organizer. However, we do not guarantee any refunds if the Organizer does not reply or grant you one.

Checkout Process

Once you click the ‘Proceed to PayPal’ Button you will be directed to a PayPal Checkout page where you have two options to pay with.

  1. If you have a PayPal account, please enter the email address and password associated to it.
  2. If you do no have a Paypal account or wish to pay with a credit card, please click the second option and fill in the details.
  3. Once your payment is complete, you will be directed back to The Mob’s Press site with your order confirmation page.

Once your transaction has been completed, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you checked out with. Your ticket details will come in a separate email after your confirmation has been sent. If you have not received your emails within 25 hours of purchase, please contact us at tickets@themobspress.com

You must be logged in as an Organizer in order to see the form. If you haven’t created an account yet, simply create one by login in with one of your social media accounts.

As the Organizer, it is your choice to choose whether or not you want to issue refunds to your ticket buyers. It is the Organizer’s full responsibility to refund the Attendee the full amount of his ticket cost minus processing fees of Paypal and The Mob’s Press processing fees.

Example:

Ticket is $10 plus tax

The Mob’s Press Processing Fee: $1
Taxes: 1.30 (Ontario HST)

Total for Attendee= $12.30CAD (ON taxes)

The Mob’s Press Processing Fees: -$1 = $11.30
Tax Split: TMP (86%) $1.12 – Organizer (13%) $0.18
Total before Paypal fees: $10.18
Paypal fees: 2.99% -0.30$

Total for Organizer= $9.58

You will have to pay the full ticket price of $10 if the attendee wants a refund or should you cancel your event. Neither Attendee nor Organizer will receive The Mob’s Press Processing Fee as a refund.

If you do not want to issue refunds, you must state this in your event details. We will make sure that it is noted on your Organizer page.
